• Wrong item delivered

• Request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Unboxing video is mandatory.
Exchange Process
• Once approved, customer will be guided for return shipping.
• Exchange product will be dispatched after receiving the returned item.
Return Shipping Charges
• In case of our mistake, shipping will be borne by Simzaar Jewelry.
• Otherwise, shipping charges will be paid by customer.
